Your schedule and preferences (camp type, location, etc.)

Goal: Match you with the perfect camp experience that fits your personality and goals.

Stage 2: Time to Commit. Sign Your Contract

You’re ready, let’s make it official.
Once you’ve decided to join the adventure, we’ll send your placement contract.

At this stage:

Your place is confirmed at one of our U.S. partner camps

You get access to exclusive pre-departure resources

Your summer countdown officially begins!

You’re in. Welcome aboard.

Stage 3: Build a Profile That Shines

It’s time to stand out. We’ll guide you through creating a professional and exciting profile to show off your strengths

Your profile includes:

Experience, skills, and relevant certifications

Personal intro and references

Photos or short videos that showcase your passion and leadership

This is what camp directors use to get to know (and pick!) you.

Stage 4: Find Your Best-Fit Camp

We don’t just match — we curate placements that suit your goals.

You’ll get:

Full details about each camp: location, age groups, roles, and dates

A list of handpicked camps aligned with your interests and experience

Guidance to help you choose the opportunity that’ll give you the most personal and professional growth

You choose your own adventure

Stage 5: Interview and Get Hired

Time to meet your future camp!

We’ll help you:

Prepare for interviews with coaching and tips

Feel confident and ready for phone or video calls with camp directors

Review and accept your official offer — with role, responsibilities, dates, and stipend

This is the moment your U.S. summer becomes real.

Stage 6: Get Your J-1 Visa. Let’s Make It Official

Your dream is one step away. The J-1 Visa lets you work legally in the U.S.—and we’ll guide you through every step.

All required paperwork and instructions
